Overview

Whimsical Beads & Baubles(“me” or “us”)has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

To start a return, please contact us using the request return form . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Lost or damaged items

Whimsical Beads & Babubles is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, at the time of refund approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
